Perfect solution to an unexpected visit.

We had to make an emergency trip and booked only a week out. But this location couldn’t be more perfect for our needs. The place was clean, very spacious, easy to get to, super close to grocery, in a nice neighborhood (you are literally feet from the 7th hole), and the hosts did a great job of communicating. Our arrival, the usage of household items, and our checkout was very easy. They got a 10/10 from usand we would stay again.

Perfect family get away

This property was perfect for us. A family of 6. The beach accessories were the best. It was a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Communication was great throughout and very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Grocery store very close. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The home was in a great location and the listing was very accurate. The owners communicated very well, and even had some drinks waiting for us due to our flight delays. We were in the area to visit family and I will definitely book this property for future trips!

Sleeping accommodations very comfortable. The only negative observations were that there are a few things in need of repair and the home could use updating.

Fantastic place to stay

This house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could imagine! There were no renters before or after us so the owner texted me and invited us to arrive early and also check out late. Communication with the owner was wonderful! She gave us suggestions for places to go to eat and shop and where to go to the beach. The batteries in the remote were dead so within minutes there was a bag of new batteries hanging on the front door. The pool was warm and we had a lot of fun! I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owners. I will be coming back if we are ever in the area again!

They need to make improvements but I'm grateful we had a place to stay last minute

Rented on short notice at Xmas - family emergency. 4 adults hoping for 3 beds (no futons) 2 baths. Messaged owner, didn’t respond right away but book request got accepted. Right off the bat, red flags. He messaged in app about his sister, who does checkin. Listing/instructions conflicting info re:protocol. No garage code as listed. Conflicting & confusing info. Text from sister (not in app) huge no-no, if you have issues with rental, VRBO has no proof Multiple texts about checkin but info vague/confusing. Should’ve set exact time to arrive. Said she’d leave key but will text when ready. I texted her 3 times - no response. We show up at 4:30pm. No VRBO app message during this time No key outside. Finally opens door in PANIC. She lost her phone. Losing your phone sucks but solution - call bro on landline, have him message in app. Not finished cleaning. Still wanted to show each room 4 instructions. Laundry c/o protocol, fine but nothing written. I know people have bad days, but she melted down so much we had to insist we were ok Suggest- Smart locks Update listing Lock items 4 NEXT renter in closet - current renters can’t access Write instructions house/app, NO verbal instructions @ c/i Issues: STRONG/BAD odor (din/liv) Smoky motel & cleaning chemicals. Carpet/fabric the culprit. Drag racers outside late PM. Ear plugs help. VERY dirty cabinets PROS- HUGE primary BR BR fans SOFT sheets Pillows HUGE ensuite Pool LARGE patio table Well equipped kitchen Beach gear Big couch

Nice property that met all our requirements. Used as home base for short stay in order to visit nearby extended family. Publix store nearby was handy for necessities. Owner and manager very responsive to queries. Nice setting on golf course and with pool, but due to busy schedule, really didn't have chance to use any amenities. Enjoyed stay in August for family visits, so returned again in December.

Perfect Villa & hosts

It was the 2nd time we have stayed at the villa and like before, everything was just perfect. A fantastic villa to stay in and Lori was so kind, generous and caring for the childrens' birthdays and our anniversary with gifts, cards and cakes. Met all our needs

Property had the necessary three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and was conveniently located for visits with nearby extended families. Publix close by. Adjacent to golf course and has a nice pool. Had no time to enjoy the amenities much due to brevity of the stay and busy schedule, but we enjoyed our time there.

This was perfect for us

This is a lovely, comfortable, and perfect for our family and friends. We were at Nathan Benderson park for a competition and this made for a nice respite. We even had team members and families over for a grilled chicken supper. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen gadgets, near-by grocery store, and a great hostess— we had a great exp.

Amazing

We could not have been happier with our stay. Lori and James were wonderful. House was clean, organized and had everything you could possibly need. There was special surprise waiting for us upon check-in. This trip was a 4 generation Mothers Day getaway and Lori surprised us with a gift the night before our departure. She created a memory that will never be duplicated and with my 91 year old Great-Grandmother. Tomorrow is never promised and every memory created is cherished. There are not many people like James and Lori in this world but we were certainly blessed to cross their paths!! Do yourself a favor and book this home!!

Fabulous home in a wonderful location

James was incredibly helpful as we needed to change our booking date at short notice due to covid. Met on arrival by Lori who gave us a quick tour as late at night and then arranged to return the following day. Which she did with great ideas of places to eat, nearby beaches and shopping. Fizz chilling on arrival was a lovely touch. Lori was a lovely host who checked in regularly. Amenities in house superb. Everything you need for the beach. Lots of linens of good quality. Pool area furniture very comfortable. Wonderful view of golf course - very quiet - with fabulous wildlife. We have stayed in many holiday properties in the area but this has certainly been the best located and equipped.

This home has everything you need! Beach items, cookware, smart TV in every room, great tub etc. The pool was awesome. The property owner had great suggestions for things to do in the surrounding areas. If we needed anything she was a text away. Answered promptly. Would have loved to stay longer.

Great house!!

House worked out perfectly for our family get away. Lori was fantastic to work with and so sweet. She even picked up a few groceries for us because our flight was delayed and getting in late. Having the Publix down the road was awesome and SO convenient - sometimes navigating to the grocery store with all the spring break traffic can be a nightmare. The house had everything we needed and the grill came in handy too.

Spacious home in great neighborhood

My husband and I just completed a month-long stay in February. The house was perfect for family and company and located in a nice neighborhood where we took many long walks. There is a Publix two minutes away so super convenient to run over and grab groceries. There is a development project underway and the house in located on road to the construction site. It gets pretty busy with trucks rolling through. My daughter and grandkids (ages 4 and 6) joined us for a week and it was nice for everyone to enjoy their own rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was nicely stocked with many essentials and the property manager checked up on us frequently. We did have some issues with the heated pool being warm enough to swim, but our stay overlapped with several below normal evening temperatures. There were a couple days in the mid 60s when it would have been great to swim but the water was just too cold. When it finally warmed up, everyone enjoyed the pool immensely. Day trips to nearby beaches included Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island and Fort DeSoto. Traffic volume was high and you had to head out early in order to find parking. Although not far in distance, it took 45+ minutes each way. Lori suggested Pass a Grille in St. Pete and that saved the day. It was an easy 30 minutes from start to finish and the view crossing the Sunshine Skyway bridge was breathtaking. Skip the others and head there as it is most convenient and least crowded. The house and property will not disappoint, but if the beach is your goal be prepared for some driving in the Florida traffic.

Awesome Time!!

Our Family' was very pleased with our stay here. Very well stocked with supplies. The pictures don't do this place justice. Lori, is a wealth of info and was of great help. Other than a small problem with the heat in the pool, we were able to enjoy swimming 3X weather permitting. thanks Lori it was a great time
