Palmeraie Golf Hotel

"My wife and I had an excellent 7 night stay at Eden Andalou. The hotel truly is a wonderful oasis within easy reach to both the airport and the medina. The staff really do take time to make you feel welcome and go out of their way to provide first class survey. Cleanliness was top notch, rooms spacious and couldn't wish for anything more. Addressing some concerns that I have read in other views: Food - amazing! Lots of variety and all expertly prepared. If you cannot find something at every meal to suit your palette, you really do need to up your preparedness for culinary adventure! Drinks - above expectation! Ok, so you're not going to get Guiness, but the larger is cold and refreshing. The cocktail choices have hearty measures. My wife, who is a walking vat, says the wines are tasty and managed to make her fall over more than once! Pools - very clean and excellent to just hang out Staff - all polite, friendly and helpful. Make it a mission to try and get Peaky Blinders - the night security guard - to smile. It can be done! The sun in Morocco is very different to the British sun :-) So don't forget the sunscreen!"

"I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected. Great place, 95% relaxing. Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!"

"It was an unbelievable experience, everything curated in every single details, best staff , everyone super kind and helpful. The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. Additionally another thing standing out for us was the woman working at Concierge , she helped us defining our routes and plans for the days in Marrakech. Nothing to add everything was absolutely perfect ."

"Love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and so well tended. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return. "

"Sublime property from entrance, to lobby, hallways, restaurants, spa, pool, and magnificent gardens! The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. Loved our stay!"

"Beautiful villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city which meant it was quiet however you need to hire a driver to get anywhere. Accommodation was very spacious with a 3 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for couples or older families however the bedrooms were separated by the pool in the middle so not great for small kids in terms of safety. Hotel staff were great and organised most of our needs including drivers to the markets, cooking classes, camel rides, etc... Check in was late and done in the restaurant with a welcome mint tea and snacks. Staff were friendly and took our bags to the property. lots of cats around which the kids loved! They had a pool and spa but we didnt use them during our stay. Villa had a kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, etc... which was very convenient. Alcohol was very expensive in Marrakech so buy from duty free before departure. Also airport has security checks even before you enter the building so allow plenty of time to check in as there were long queues."
