Murray

Room we were in didn’t seem very clean. Towels are dingy and dirty looking. The room had damages to the walls, and paint chipping. The outdoor spaces didn’t seem to be cleaned often. Was told I would be updated when our room was ready but never got a text or told it was ready even after sitting in the lobby. Walked up to the counter and the room was suddenly available. The ac units are extremely loud. You can hear the people near by. They use Fabuloso to clear which is not a disinfection. The smell is also so strong. If you’re sensitive to smells don’t stay here- you will be miserable! It is convenient to downtown and easy to get around. They also have bikes for use.

Location is 5 stars. Clean and safe. Walking distance to many restaurants, museums and parks and shopping. We satyed for one night and were impressed. They dont offer breakfast but do provide tcoffee and fresh fruits for grab and go.

I’m a frequent traveler and this was below my standards. The air conditioning didn’t go below 72 and was loud causing disrupted sleep all night. The sheets were scratchy, definitely not soft. 3 out of 4 staffers we encountered need an attitude adjustments and better customer service. The gal at the front desk, Sunday, April 6 at noon was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

Our room wasn’t ready after 4pm so we ended up in the room for disabled. The shower was a joke, a dirty towel was hanging on the ring by the sink. The property looked nice but we honestly didn’t use any of the facilities.

Convenient to downtown palmsprings, shopping, restaurants all around. The hotel was pleasant, had some hick ups on my room. The pool and games around the hotel were really fun and nice. I will go back for some new adventures.

Great location in downtown area. Newly renovated, so I was pleased how nice it looked for a 2 1/2 star property. The pool area was nice and there was new outdoor games area. No breakfast, but there was a room with tables/chairs and microwave. The lobby was spacious and modern. The room had an updated bathroom. Beds were fine. Cons: the hotel was fully booked on Saturday night and the parking lot was full. I was able to park at adjoining restaurant spot, but had to leave before it opened. Also, the elevator stopped working on our second day and continued out of service for the whole stay. The other elevator was a loooooong walk from our room, for old ladies. But in general I recommend this hotel.

Very good overall experience. Property was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location in the midst of lots of shopping and dining. Biggest issue is the air conditioner is loud, making annoying noises beyond those of fan which kept us up.

The property was nice especially for my young ones they have a grass area where the kids were able to play… My only concern was the floor was not that clean as I had my baby barefoot in the room and its black after. One of the bed linens gave me and my dtr itch. We placed a no disturb sign but the room was still cleaned.. nothing was lost so i let it slip and thankful that the room was tidied up… Otherwise we enjoyed our stay… Friendly staff…
