One of the en-suite bathrooms had a constant stench and had to keep the fan running.
Overall it’s a lovely place but the stench in one of the bathrooms was terrible. We had to keep the fan running it close the door because of the smell. The water filter on the kitchen counter needed to be replaced too. Too bad there was a bad smell.

This is by far the best rental property we have stayed at in the desert. The grounds are gorgeous and no interior detail was overlooked. The finishes in the home make you feel like you are staying at a high end boutique hotel. We had massages in the exterior area off the primary bedroom, bliss!

An Exceptional Property
This house even nicer than the excellent photos make it appear. It is quiet, has ample room, is incredibly well-appointed and comfortable. 15 foot-hedges surround the property, providing privacy and seclusion. The front yard and outdoor dining area is peppered with well-maintained specimen plantings -- olive trees, cacti and rosemary. The pool is immaculate. 10/10. Would stay again.

Beautiful property, perfect for two adults and a teen
The house is exactly how you see in the photos - beautiful and well maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous, we took "nature walks" around to see hummingbirds, little rabbits, flowering plants & cacti. The pool is perfect to swim few laps around. There is a grill, outdoor dining space, little veranda nook to sit in the morning. The property is lit at night and looks like a magazine photo. Lots of nice art & Hermes decor. Basically, I loved everything about this property.

The rental process was simple and efficient. The management was responsive an helpful. The home is in a great neighborhood and the property is super clean and well equipped. The pool is large and beautiful and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend to others. We had a couple of issues with the house. 1) it was incredibly hot in PS (118 on day) the AC seemed to struggle to keep the house cool. Even at night, the primary bedroom never really cooled down 2) the second bedroom although nicely furnished is very small and the bed is way too high/tall.

Perfection!
This was exactly the dreamy, restorative, replenishing vacation we all needed, as we began to emerge from the pandemic. The home is gorgeous, in a neighborhood we immediately decided we’d happily move to, as we edge closer to retirement. The pool was glorious—and watching our kiddos enjoy it *together* was a balm for these aging parental souls. 😉 ACME was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or concern, and all the helpful local insights about Palm Springs, the surrounding natural areas, sights, sounds, food, etc. we could ever need was provided in a binder, which we referred to often. This was also the rare property that really IS as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures. (You won’t be disappointed by someone’s fancy camerawork. 😂) Already looking forward to a return trip!

Just what we needed
We needed some relaxation during the pandemic and the house was perfect for that. Amazingly well stocked kitchen made cooking at the home so easy. Gorgeous outdoor and indoor spaces. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very private and clean. Came well stocked with everything you could need. It is a large corner property which is very private and the front garden that that surrounds the entire home is beautiful and comfortable. If only we weren't there on the hottest weekend, we would have enjoyed it even more. We highly recommend it!
