Wonderful property!
The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of space for your family to enjoy. It was very clean with all the amenities. The pool was relaxing. Outside space was peaceful. The home is dog friendly and the yard had plenty of space for them to romp. Would definitely rebook!

My wife and I commend the owner and Vacasa for providing a beautiful home for our six day vacation which was very enjoyable. The house was modern, well-maintained, private, in a quiet neighborhood. We experienced only a couple of problems which were resolved promptly by the Vacasa Staff.

We really enjoyed the space. It had a lot of room for my family of five. It was clean. The properly is a bit outdated but was comfortable. The pool was such a nice treat in the heat. There was swim floaties to use. The only issue we had was we found little ants in the toaster when we went to use it. I addressed it with the manager and they replied quickly.

The property overall was nice and as pictured. The only negatives would be some of the obvious stains on walls and cabinets and the dust. It could have been cleaner, and my entire family was attacked by what I can only assume were mosquitoes, while enjoying the beautiful and private backyard and pool! Just make sure you have good insect repellant and soothing itch cream. We did enjoy our stay however. The good truly outweighed the bad and given a little attention to detail, we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet home away from home with a nice view
This was my first time using Vrbo (i.e. Vacasa). Despite the check-in process being a little more confusing than other vacation rental services I've used, the stay itself was great. Even though the pictures on the listing were obviously edited/touched up, but the property was pretty much as shown. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good, convenient location. The house itself was obviously showed a little wear and tear, but it served it's purpose. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we'll use the pool/jacuzzi.

Great House on S. La Brea!
I took my family for an impromptu Labor Day holiday weekend and we all had a great time! The check in process was easy, the house was clean and looked just like the pictures. They had games and pool toys for the kids. The beds were really comfortable and all the necessary items to cook in the kitchen and on the grill. We will definitely be back!

A place for disappointments
House Photos are deceiving! The house for a palms springs rental is outdated. Who ever owns the house has had no interest in updating it making it comfortable for people. A rental home is excepted to have the essentials to enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. At night there was no outdoor lighting. The lights that were displayed as lights outside were so old they didn’t work. We had to waste an hour going to Home Depot to buy lights. The pool had no lights. The remote for the pool was outdated we couldn’t get the lights on. We called the office left a message. Someone did call us back said they would send soMeone to turn on the lights and start the pool heater. That person never came by. He said I would get a refund for the purchased lights (let’s see if they do) The master bedroom restroom shower was so old the water would not drain while showering. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. It’s showed a lot of wear and tear. The pillows were stained and bedding were as if we were in Motel 6 (OLD)

Too expensive for its value
Average old home, management company has no customer service, we asked for jacuzzi to be heated, never happened, pool light wasn’t working. Called and emailed and received no response. Pool pump was extremely loud and never stopped through our stay. Overall too expensive for its value.
