"Beautiful location and great property! Hot tub and golf green were great as was outdoor seating area. Layout was great. Only issue was there were some delayed maintenance issues and when we tried to reach out we received no response. Front door handle would fall off in your hand and none of the kitchen outlets worked so we had to plug in coffee maker and toaster on the floor in the dining room. Overall great experience "

"The house and deck are the best with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean. Everything works well including air and heat, hot tub, nice showers, and all kitchen appliances. The views overlooking the Valley all the way to the ocean are extraordinary. I would suggest guests arrive before dark as the street going to the residence has lots of turns and the driveway is very steep with a hairpin turn. Our host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. "

"Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs."

I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. Gate attendants insisted on charging us to enter and suggested we get reimbursed from the property manager. "
