"Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible."

"二人の子供達のお祝いで伺いました。到着早々、スタッフの方々からお声かけ頂きラウンジのチケットを頂きました。お部屋は上階で長めも素晴らしく3人でもゆったりとくつろぐことができました。大浴場温泉は日替わりで男女が入れ替わりでしたので、二つの大浴場を楽しむ事が出来ました。夕食は会席を選びましたが、季節を感じさせる素晴らしい演出で目と舌両方で味わいお腹一杯。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くとても全部は頂ききれませんでした。スタッフの皆様の温かい心使いのおかげで心に残る滞在となりました。次に箱根を訪問する際にも滞在したいです。"

"I rented the room with the private washroom and also a private onsen. However the private onsen looked a bit dirty/old so I did not use it at all. Instead they have three private baths available outside your room to use. I would not suggest getting the private onsen in the room. The place is quite far from other transportation but they do offer service to bring you to the closest station. The kaiseki here was amazing and made with love. "

"I really liked Toyoko Inn Odawara. I am sorry I was unable to book other Toyota Inn stays in Japan. The room was comfortable, with a TV screen showing all necessary information. You could find toiletries and pyjamas in the ground floor lobby. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful (you sat at long tables along with other guests; it was a buffet style meal). My only issue was that I had been unable to sign up for membership from overseas."
