Loved this place!
Beautiful property very detailed with decorations. The only thing is they didn’t give wash cloths so we had to get some from Walmart, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and stores for shopping.

Perfect vacation home
This home was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and all the disney decor. The location is great and were able to get to all the parks and stores within minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Loved It!
We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and my niece loved all the Disney decorations including finding all the little touches like closet doorknobs. The house is close to restaurants, stores, and theme parks. The only thing that we didn't get to experience was the game room. There is no air conditioning in there and it was in the 90s all week. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice house, No Hot Tub
House was nice, but we rented this one over others bc it had a hot tub. Unfortunatly the hot tub wasnt heated and couldnt be turned on. Otherwise house was fine.

Great, enjoyable stay!
The home was fantastic and exactly as advertised! Spacious and cozy for all our needs. Had no issues at all during our stay and would happily stay again! Owners kept in touch even without us raising any issues. Great location as well, right by Wal Mart and Chick-Fil-A which was perfect for when we didn't want to go far to get food.

House is old and beds are uncomfortable
The house is decorated as shown in the pictures but it is old and not well maintained. We had a leak happen in the Jack and Jill bathroom while we were staying there which was inconvenient, however the property management company was responsive and repaired it. All of the mattresses and pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. There was also barely one bath towel per person. The property has a washer and dryer but no laundry detergent is provided. Also the property advertises a game room, but it is located in the very hot garage and is in disrepair. The location is good I proximity to Disneyland, but we were not comfortable in the home. Also, please note that you must pay extra to use the grill.

Darling Disney Escape
Easy check in, love the pool, it was decorated so cute with all the Disney everywhere in the home - perfect for what we wanted. Just a few suggestions: the water in FL is horrible tasting - for people not from Florida, it was very hard to drink and smell in the bathrooms - smelled like sulfur and dirty drains. We ended up buying water bottles which was fine but was very off putting initially. Is there a filter option possibly?. Might want to provide beach type towels for your guests as well. We didn’t pack our own because they take up so much room in luggage so we had to purchase those as well to use at the pool and beach. Again, that’s fine but just might be nice to provide those for traveling guests. And one last suggestion, most places we’ve stayed at provide more bathroom products that would last for the trio. We were there 8 days and the bathroom supplies lasted 3 with the 7 of us. We did love our stay though - beautiful neighborhood, home, pool and so close to all the things & parks we wanted to spend time at on our trip! Thank you for letting us stay there!

Terrible
This property was the worse place I have stayed in. 1. The property was not clean and had a foul order, similar to mildew. 2. We stayed outside for 35 mins because they gave us the wrong code and I was constantly asked was I at the right address as if I can’t read. 3. It looks nothing like the pictures 4. I called Vrbo and The grand welcome and they were rude and kept ignoring me telling me my problems were “minor”. 5. They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to leave , I am from Michigan so I traveled by plane for 3 hours. 6. Vrbo asked me if I could provide proof of the smell which was insulting. 7. The bed was broke, we didn’t have face tags , it was dusty , the sockets were missing the plates on them, the showers had peeling tile , they told me the pool and hot tub could be heated and almost charged me for them and then said they couldn’t be . They kept sending people who didn’t speak English to fix all the issues. The point is if I booked a house for a vacation I shouldn’t have to constantly keep calling complaining . Vrbo offered at $100 credit and I honestly don’t feel like that was enough. I want at least half of my money back and the grand welcome only offered at free extra hour of check out as if we wanted to stay there any longer and for an extra hour it was $30 so I guess $30 was enough to them? No inconsiderate I am in the process of contacting corporate this house was a disaster. They kept telling me it was minor and showed they didn’t care

Wanted to love it…… disappointed
Stay: 6/6-6/10 Guest: think it was 9 of us So to start I picked this property due to the size of the pool and ability to accommodate my group. However upon arrival we immediately had issues. If I could post pics, I would. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work, tv in the living room did not work, the flooring of the bathroom along the edges needs cleaning and caulking as it was filthy with green and brown build up, the wash rag I had was dirty with a literal brown stain. I phoned my guests and told them to bring their own rags and towels and since my husband and I were already there we had to go out buy our own. Contacting support was easy and they did send maintenance the next day, but they weren’t able to fix anything prior to us leaving other then the light in one of the rooms. There needs to be a way of cooling the garage area where the pool table is as there is a note on the wall to not open the garage….. it’s FL, it’s hot!!! there were also little ants running around the counter tops and tables, but I wasn’t even too bothered by them….. everything else was a problem. I sucked it up and made the best of it as not to allow it to ruin my birthday. I would not recommend this home until those issues are corrected. Which should have definitely been addressed before we even arrived.
