Olot: Cosy apartment block "Olot". In the centre of Olot, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the river. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, bakery, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Roses" 65 km. Cycle lane 50 m, slopes 40 km. Nearby attractions: Zona volcánica de la Garrotxa, Alquiler de bicicletas 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Vallter 2000 (Setcases) 40 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room apartment 90 m2 on 3rd floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 180 cm), dining table, digital TV and hi-fi system. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Une belle découverte Olot en Catalogne à voir
Nous avons fait un excellent séjour. Merci pour l accueil sympathique de notre charmante Mercè Tout s est bien passé de manière très simple avec beaucoup d'explications pour être bien dans ce bel appartement. En plein coeur de la ville à proximité de nombreuses visites et des magasins, le marché pour faire des courses. Olot est une très très belle ville, sur le plan géogolique c est impressionnant de voir tous ces volcans et sur le plan culturel de beaux musées à voir. Nous vous recommandons vivement d y venir et vous pourrez apprécier cet appartement bien confortable, bien équipé. Merci pour tout. Joëlle Andrée et David.

Ideal between town and country
Spacious, light, well-furnished flat in a modern appartement block. In walking distance to the historic town center. Quiet, leavy surrounding. Amble free parking. Comfortable beds and furniture with nice antiques. Excellent base to explore the Garrotxa. Many walks start from the doorstep or a short drive away, Charming and helpful host.
