“The room quality is good. However, the staff's attitude was cold, no hospitality spirit”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“The hotel is beautiful, Customer service excellent. Breakfast was amazing. My complaint the floors in the room need to be mopped and cleaned, They are wood floors not hard to mop & keep clean, I was disappointed with how dirty the room floor are. I Took a shower walked around barefoot & my feet got black, I had to wash feet before getting in bed. Disgusting floors”
