"Amazing guest service. Hotel is older though (scratched floors, old furniture, coffee stains on side tables) Bed and pillows (and bedding) really need an upgrade. We asked for 2 softer pillow after my body was aching and they only had one of the harder thin pillows left. A little upgrade for a luxury hotel would be nice. Toilet paper is cheap thing material. 2 towels in the room only. Etc. but guest service everywhere was 5 star! And that is what I loved the most. "

"We (a couple) stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency Toronto in a King corner room, city view, which had a plethora of storage spaces (closet, drawers under the TV, and 4 drawers under the K-cup coffee machine bar area), refrigerator and a large safe for storing a laptop, camera, passports, etc.  The gym was larger than most hotel gyms, clean and open 24 hours.  The pool and terrace area was also quite nice, (especially at night to view the city skyscrapers) and open until 10 pm.  We did not...
