"Close to plenty of places to eat. Streetcar and bus routes is literally one minute walk away. Can walk to downtown in 30 mins although I do like walking and walk at a decent pace. Note that you have to leave your shoes in a cubby hole with your room number on it. There is a shared kitchen, although I never used it so cannot comment on it.
