“Great value for money and excellent service from host Iris. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into central Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The apartment is large, only cons may be the ventilation, need to keep fans on the whole time especially on the 2nd floor. Otherwise the whole experience is great. Staff are very nice and helpful.”

“Spectacular location overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful. The conservatory was lovely to relax with a cuppa overlooking the gardens. Comfortable bed, lovely deep soaking bath. Great breakfast overlooking the black swans in the lake. Wish we had longer than one night. Fantastic service. CJ gave an excellent recommendation to go soak in a local hot waterfall which was a fantastic experience! ”
