「Good location next to large shopping mall and supermarkets, but not a good location for summer time as there is no air conditioner, and there are so many insects in the room due to the weather」

「The cooking utensils were dirty and the frying pan was burned with burned residue still sticked on. There is a small SPA inside my unit but the SPA tub was very dirty with floating insects and foam in the water. This is undesirable.」

「stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but...

「The apartment was of reasonably good size, facility level was adequate, location was very good. We like the thermal pools very much. The site was a bit aged, there was unpleasant smell when first entered the room (it was from the table, which looked clean but somehow smelly). The reception hour was supposed to be 9 am to 6 pm, but when we checked out at around 9:50 am, the reception was still not opened.
