Property is in a great location. We walked to a lot of the activities close by. Property management team was great to work with, very commutative. Will look at staying there again in the future.

Beautiful but noisy
The actual unit, amenities, and proximity to the beach was really great! The unit is located right on the street where there is a lot of beach traffic and garbage pick ups. This made it extremely noisy late night and early morning. The windows block a lot of the noise but it was so hot you had to decide which you’d rather deal with. This is our second time at this complex and we definitely would go back to an interior unit for this reason.

Perfect location for family to cheer from the balcony. Also, close to the beach and to the harbor.

Incredible communication and location
My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. From the start the management were incredible to work with. Any question you could possibly have they answer up front. The unit was large and comfortable. Honestly one of the best beds I have slept in. The location was so close to the beach. I love building A as it seems to be a little less busy than the other buildings and still has a nice pool, bbqs and laundry. We will stay again for sure. Amazing time! Thank you!

Nice location. Close to the beach.
It was just as it looked. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. 2 bedrooms and they had their own bathrooms. We would stay again. The only thing that was a problem was not enough toilet paper. They should at least stock a pack. We were stuck on toilet and had to go to store.

Property was very nice and close to the beach. I was disappointed in the management group. They offered me an extra night for a discount. Because we had a flight we could not stay. I asked for a late checkout and was told no even though the room was available. That was the only disappointing thing.

Great beach spot.
The home was very clean and well prepared for guests. Communication with the host was great and made it easy to check in and out. Parking spot and location of unit was awesome. Walk to the beach took 90 seconds. We will come back again.

Amazing place!!!
A true gem! My daughters timed it, 1 min and 17 sec walk to the beach!!! The place was great, the complex is beautiful with tons of amenities and it's close to a ton of great restaurants and bars! The kids were begging to come back next year as soon as we left, and we probably will if it's available! I almost want to rate it lower so it doesn't get booked but we had such a great time I have to leave an honest review! If you're not staying here, you're doing it wrong!

This was a great location for our family with teenagers!
Such a great location with great things to do. So fun to walk to the beach then the pools then the game rooms and do it all. While being together as a family. The condo was perfect size for our family of five and had all the beach stuff we needed! It was also clean and had plenty of towels and other things we needed. Great hosts!

We have stayed at NCV before. This unit was nicer than the previous one. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 grandchildren (ages 11, 9, 5). Kitchen was well appointed. Loved having the fireplace. Carpets could stand a good cleaning. We love the location and the amenities for the kids. Our grandchildren live in Carlsbad so we try to visit as much as possible. I know we will stay at NCV again in the future.

Family Fun in Oceanside
The location of the property is great! Close to the beach, harbor and pool. We walked to the harbor for lunch, dinner and ice cream 😃. Also very easy to walk to the beach and hang out. Totally loved the property and recommend it to families looking for easy walking to beach fun and eating experiences.

Real beds!
We loved the layout of this property! It was so nice to have a real bed for everyone. In other properties we’ve stayed at, the last people have to sleep on the fold out bed. Not a first choice. The property also had a box of legos (that the kids loved), beach wagon and vacuum handy. All important things when you’re at the beach. There were some things we would have preferred were different. There was an ant problem in the room/bathroom with the bunk beds. The shower in the same bathroom dripped and the toilet in the other bathroom ran continuously. A few of the guests would have preferred more bath towels. None of these issues were deal breakers. In fact, the kids are hopeful that their Lego creations will be there next year when we come back.
