Cozy little vacation condo
This was a great little vacation condo that felt very cozy and inviting. The condo is in a complex with lots of other condos so it feels like summer camp or a resort as everyone is in a good mood and happy to be there. The walk to the beach is easy and there are tons of other amenities at the property that make we want to book this rental again.

I love North Coast Village in Oceanside
The stay was terrific. I love the complex, the local eats, and of course, the beach. We were able to get out and tour some of the top animal care facilities in san diego county from here. The only thing I would change is putting a 55-inch tv or bigger in the bedroom.

Nice little condo
It was a perfect size for my family of 4. Elevator access to bring up all of your items. The beach is about a ten-minute walk, it is better to go out and through the street than maneuvering through the complex.

It’s a good clean property. The dining table is rather small for a full on family dinner but there’s a grill place by the pool that’s more fitting. Everything else was great. The communication with the host was spot on, immediate response.

Smooth check in process. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The breaker did trip around 2 am the first night we were in the room . And the bulb in the fan in the room was popping. I think it was due to a power serge.. But over all great experience with a beautiful location.

Our stay at North Coast Village was excellent as always. The whole property feels like you are on a tropical resort. The condo was great except for the water pressure on the toilet and there was no sofa bed like I was told. But honestly, it was still great

Great Stay Right by the Beach
We love this location and this condo was really nice. The kitchen was well acquainted, there was a lot of sand toys and beach gear for our use, the unit was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner but the unit had numerous fans so we stayed cook with the windows open. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location
This was my 3rd stay at NCV, first in this unit. The location is great! For military families it is 5 minutes to Camp Pendleton. Easy walk to the harbor, great dining, shops and views! NCV has great amenities, beautiful landscapes and right on the beach! The unit was very clean, bathroom dated but functional. The couches are not sofa beds but big enough and comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The view from the balcony is really garden only but is very nice. We cook a lot on vacation and the utensils/baking items need updated. I did purchase a hand mixer and left it in the unit. It would be nice to have a BBQ utensil set. Overall great place and would highly recommend and will return.
