"This property has the potential to be really fabulous. The space is beautiful and great location. However the male host Mateo, was very rude in an extremely misogynistic way. As a female who booked the room, the only time he addressed me instead of my fiance was if i was solo and when I paid him. He also was talking poorly about the femal employee who was actually extremely helpful calling her stupid to us. "Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Casita del Abuelo. It’s a lovely house and was immaculate when we arrived. Jorge, the host, was very attentive and went above and beyond to welcome us and address our needs. The neighborhood is very pleasant and we were able to walk to a couple different breakfast spots in the morning. We mostly took taxis to and from the Centro but also found the bus to be quite convenient. All in all, we highly recommend La Casita del Abuelo."

"I'm going to leave a review that might seem very harsh, but the pro's for my friends and I (3), out weighed the con's. The location is FANTASTIC, there is an outstanding quesadilla stand outside the front door, the individual rooms can be locked, the 3 rooms we inhabited had AC and the price was right.
