"This is an older house that was renovated about 15 years ago. It’s quite charming and comfortable with plenty of room for up to 6. Best features: good location within 15 minutes of centro but not right in the middle of it; a lovely garden and picnic area; a very usable kitchen with a good stove; a separate study where you can work privately; regular cleaning services which is nice when you have a larger group; and excellent communication with and guidance for visitors from the owner and house...

"The house is large and great for accommodating a big group. There was some problems though, first the house was infested with ants. You could not leave anything out for more than 5 minutes, or it was covered in ants. We killed over 100 in one night. Second the washing machine and dryer do not work. The hoses for the washer are not connected and the dryer is also not connected to the gas. "We loved the proximity to Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The apartment is away from busy streets and is reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook while we were there. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not comfortable for relaxing. With Oaxaca being a place know for good eats, at times there’s leftovers and with the microwave there it was perfect to reheat some food.
