"This is a beautiful home with river access as well as community pools/amenities. Perfect size for a large family to stay. We loved all the outdoor seating. One downside is, the driveway is very steep and there is really only enough room for 3 cars to park comfortably at the house, but we kept our 4th parked at the top of the driveway without issue."

"The cabin was very clean & there was plenty of space for our group of 10 people ranging from ages 5-75. The kids enjoyed the basketball goal, badminton net, hot tub and fire pit for s'mores . Good access to the get in the river & appreciated having the tubes, kayaks, & canoes available for our use. Was surprised at how long it took to access the cabin from the main road/gate. We booked a cabin at the river to avoid mountainous roads, so it was disappointing that the drive in the neighborhood...

"Clean and updated interior. Outside areas need some TLC. Lots of steps to access everything—not for young kids or adults with physical issues. 15 steps to loft, 18 steps to basement, 62 steps to river. Phew! Great hot tub with a view on one of two decks. Once you get to the river, you just step right in to cool water about 2’ deep. We tied up a raft to float without getting swept downstream and also was able to paddleboard there. Small yard area with fire pit next to river was great for hanging...

"We just finished a week stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating and kept great communication. The house was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed using the pool at the clubhouse and kayaks off back deck. The kids really liked watching all the deer that came through the neighborhood everyday like clockwork.
