"We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place! "

"This place has the classic look and feel of a modern Oakland apartment building that is just the right balance between centrally located and private. I felt such a home, I wish I had booked a few more days (or weeks!). "The property was clean. All amenities worked great. Beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located to Berkeley and SF. We were able to park our car in the driveway behind a locked gate. The only limitation for some may be that you must climb outside stairs to get to the rental."

"I stayed with family for three nights. We were very happy with how well-equipped the kitchen was and how comfortable the bed linens were. It was during a huge wind and rain storm, so we didn't get to spend much time outside, though the backyard was private (shared with upstairs but enclosed) and quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Nearby areas can be rougher, but this street seemed very peaceful. We had an issue with a shower and the host took care of it right away. "

"I live in Alameda and we've had issues with our apartment bathroom twice since we've lived there and needed to rent a room for convenient showering. I like the Coral Reef because it's local, it's close to everything (it's a small Island), and it has a workable kitchen as well. It was PERFECT for what we needed. And the staff is super nice as well, so that's a plus."
