“Great property, the price was right. The apartment is older but has been tastefully updated. You have assigned parking close to the unit. No problems during out stay with 4 people. Great communication by property owner. Will stay here again. ”

“Getting into the property was easy and parking was very close to the unit. I have to admit, the couch / chair were probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture we’ve ever sat on. However, the bed was super comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep in, the bedroom lets in a ton of light in the mornings. Never figured out how to use the microwave. More than 1 kitchen towel would be helpful with a lengthy stay! When the unit above was rented, it was quite noisy but not much one can do……

“The property was clean. All amenities worked great. Beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located to Berkeley and SF. We were able to park our car in the driveway behind a locked gate. The only limitation for some may be that you must climb outside stairs to get to the rental.”

“I stayed with family for three nights. We were very happy with how well-equipped the kitchen was and how comfortable the bed linens were. It was during a huge wind and rain storm, so we didn't get to spend much time outside, though the backyard was private (shared with upstairs but enclosed) and quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Nearby areas can be rougher, but this street seemed very peaceful. We had an issue with a shower and the host took care of it right away. ”

“Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.”
