" I loved the venue. The front desk attendant was excellent and loved this property, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks (although I missed using my tickets). The breakfast was also very good. However, I did have an issue with the heat in my room; it was quite cold, even after turning the thermostat up to 75 degrees. I struggled to sleep because of the cold, as it seemed the heating only worked well in the front part of the room and not in the bedroom or bathroom. Despite feeling uncomfortable due to the cold, I really enjoyed the venue overall. The front desk attendant was excellent and very friendly, which I appreciated as well. and so friendly, I appreciated that as well. "
