"The place is an absolute steal at that price. Was dreading it to be honest because it was ridiculously cheap but all 4 off is were very well surprised. Staff were helpful (even though we couldn't get extra pillows). We didn't eat breakfast but at that price, it doesn't matter. Only 10 minute walk to the station and less than an hour to all the major attractions in London. For people on a budget this place is an absolute must. Anyone slating this place needs to remember how little they paid...

"The room is very small but extremely cozy and well appointed. It felt perfect on a rainy weekend in London. My room was on the third floor and the hotel has no elevators. However, the staff was more than happy to carry my bag us and then retrieve it at the end of my stay. The Hotel is in a lovely neighborhood and the hotel has an interesting history that is elegantly displayed around the hotel. "

"Location is great; we walked in to the city centre in 30 mins and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc on the way. You can easily hop on the bus right outside for a small fare. If there is no space available on the driveway then there are many residential streets just over the road where you can find parking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean which is all we needed. The price you pay for a convenient location is being on a very busy noisy main road which may bother...

"I was a bit sceptical about this place because of the price I should not of been worried what a wonderful place booked the family a room and it was excellent clean well presented and had all the facilities tea coffee hot chocolate fridge and microwave. Location for us was excellent a tram ride into the center of Edinburgh. How this place can do it for the price I do not know 5***** thanks will use it again when in Edinburgh "
