Shuttle operates from Terminal 1 we had to schlep our bags from Terminal 2 and then the pickup point was a long distance from terminal. Must have walked at least half a mile. Staff encouraged us to use their online kiosk to check in. System did not populate screen fields that were provided with our reservation and also asked for way too much information.
