"Great hotel if you want to stay in a castle it is kept to a good standard considering it is a castle , the staff are more than helpful and are all wanting to please you , we had evening meal which was very good which we both enjoyed, we are on a gluten free diet and it was no problem at all for them, the breakfast the next day was also really good , the grounds are also very nice to walk around and explore, we both enjoyed staying here thanks to all the hard working staff we most likely will return "

"The room was satisfactory but we had a view of the carpark , large red bins and scafolding .we had a sea view for a similar price last time so was a bit disappointing "

"As always our stay was excellent. Our room was lovely and provided all we needed. The staff particularly on reception and in the breakfast restaurant were perfection. So polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is in the perfect location for us and the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. We shall definitely be returning. "

"Me and my partner stayed here after hiking Snowdon. The rooms are just perfect! So clean and very nice. Nice bar/restaurant area although it is quite expensive and the staff in the restaurant were a little slow. Good was great though. Everyone was friendly. We also used the spa which was so worth it. Definitely will be back, so happy with our stay."
