"Ok for the price. Needs some updating. River view should read car park view."

"Lovely stay in small outfit. Japanese style futon beds was a new experience but a little hard. Service was excellent as was the breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located 5 mins from echigoyuzawa station. Aside from hourly shuttle provided by hotel, the ski rental shops do provide complementary pickup and drop off; in addition to the inter-resort buses which operate from the station. "

"They have a wonderful onsen with both indoor and outdoor options. It was especially beautiful this morning with snow covered trees. They have a lovely woman who does massages and who greeted me with a smile whenever our paths crossed. The hotel is right across from the train and bus station so getting around was very easy!"

"Spent a winter wonderland of a week at Mont Cervin and can't recommend it highly enough. 15min walk from town but you never have to do the uphill yourself because the wonderful owners will shuttle you to and from the ski fields. At night they'll shuttle you up to the main strip for dinner and it's an easy walk back! I recommend adding on the brekky option, saves a lot of hassle and is delicious every morning. "Walking distance to the train station and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel that gets us to the gala ski resort. The hotel has several hot springs which was good after a day of sking. "
