"The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great. I don’t remember his name though. When we checked in they gave us a room way down the hall away from the elevators. I explained that I had a knee replacement and they moved us up closer, which was fabulous."

"The staff were so nice, and professional from check in to the dining choices inside the hotel. The food me and my friends had was even better , it was my birthday and they did more than meet our expectations. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend if you want to have a great view of Niagara Falls or be close to the park. It is walking distance however I recommend driving!!!! I’ll be back to visit again soon☺️"

"The hotel was wonderful very old English loved the room it was cozy and beautiful. The restaurant was lovely food was ok not great. The area while beautiful cuz you are in the park very short walk to the falls everything was closed very early or not opened at all. "
