"The property room and facilities were as described. Checking in and out were simple. The hotel was comfortable and features like the heating and plumbing worked well. Staff were generally average but a special mention of Tanica for dealing with an issue with the elevator in a reassuring and confident manner. The location is great and it is within walking distance of the falls as well as the balloon ride. And very close to the rainbow bridge for crossing over as well. "

"The place was fine. Nothing special. I would not say it’s a Bed and Breakfast. They have snacks like granola bars and a bananas. They allow you to use the kitchen as well but you have to cook your own breakfast. The bed was comfortable but it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with the fan on in the winter. The bathroom floor was not the cleanest. Overall. It was fine for a 1 night stay. "
