2 Bd LOVELY COZY COTTAGE-Steps to beach and village 4 shopping and restaurants

This vacation home is conveniently located in the Corona Del Mar and only steps away from S. California's most desired beaches with breath taking views and beautiful beaches that are perfect for sun bathing and volleyball. There are showers, lifeguards, and a cafe within the beach area. You can also walk to Fashion Island, one of the worlds premier shopping area's where they also have not only all the top department stores but plenty of famous restaurants as well. Take a ride down to crystal cove where they filmed the movie Beaches. Don't forget to take the beach chairs, towels and umbrella which are all furnished during your stay.

The cottage has two spacious bedrooms one with a new king bed and the other with a queen size bed. Plenty of high ceilings throughout,, big screen TV, washer/ dryer, new living room furniture. There is a lovely fenced in front yard with a swing and a deck for lounging on right out the front door, where you can have your coffee or sip a cool drink in the evening. Additionally there is a outdoor area with a table and chairs and new gas barbecue. We supply everything for you including wireless internet, DVD, iron and ironing board, sheets, towels, hair dryer, laundry detergent and complete cookware for all your needs. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are also included. Come for a week and you will want to stay for a lifetime.

Summer fun
We loved staying at this “sweet cottage” in Corona del Mar. The location is fabulous with restaurants and beach walking distance…very close. There are many to choose from. The front patio is the big bonus. We spent most of our time sitting outside enjoying the sun and ocean breezes.

Lovely Stay at this Charming Cottage
The location of this small but charming house is perfect. My husband and I stayed here for five days and found it to be clean and comfortable, adequately stocked. The washer and dryer were large new models and sharing them with the other unit was easy. The host Barbara was receptive and very helpful when we had questions

Good place stay, great location.
Neighborhood was nice. Easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Walk to beach was not long but not the easiest if you have mobility issues or a stroller to push. Quick drive to other beaches in area. Would recommend as we had plenty of space for our family and the location is great.

Nice stay with my family
This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage in CDM. It's in a wonderful location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and close to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and the property is very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in the Newport Beach area for a very reasonable price.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. The best restaurants within walking distance! Was so glad they warned me of parking issues when the city is street sweeping Clean, provided everything you could ask for including beach chairs, wagon, etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.

Best location
Nothing beats this location. The beautiful ocean at the end of the street with spectacular views. A short walk to great cafes and restaurants. A safe, quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to world class shopping at Fashion Island, a short drive with a majestic view to Laguna Beach. Really everything within a 10 minute walk or drive.

Relaxing getaway
This was our third trip to this property and we enjoyed every minute! The cottage is comfortable and conveniently located. We spent lots of time relaxing in the beach, exploring the tide pools and even saw the impressive results of a sandcastle competition! Local eateries offer a variety of cuisines and price points. A short drive to other great Orange County locations.

Location, location, location
We loved our stay here. This small “cottage” is less than a 10 minute walk to Inspiration Point. There are many good restaurants within walking distance also. And to cap it off, See’s Candies is right at the end of the block! The property is clean, kitchen well stocked and the neighborhood quiet. I would definitely return here.

Wonderful stay! Will come back
My friend and I brought our children (ages 2 and 7) to visit a friend. The house was so charming and perfect for our stay! The swing out front entertained the kids and it was perfect set up to put them to sleep and have some wine out front or in the living room. The location is really easy to get to…. Can easily walk to restaurants and coffee. I was also a little nervous about parking but we had no issues finding a spot every day. If we come back again we would definitely stay here again!

Location - 10 minute walk to sweet beach!
The house is tiny & could use a couple of updates, but does that matter if you can walk 10 minutes to the beach? We rode our bikes to Balboa Island & Peninsula in one direction and to Laguna Beach in the opposite direction. You could walk to many restaurants on the PCH & lots of shopping very nearby as well.This place is all about the location.

Wonderful cottage home
Very cute and comfortable classic Corona del Mar cottage, perfectly located close to beach and to shops, restaurants, etc. No need to do much driving, it's a three block walk to the beach, a block or two to French patisserie, coffee shops, etc. Great walking neighborhood. Ideal for small family or a couple. Wonderful outdoor space in front for breakfast, cocktails, meals. Large comfortable living room. The owner is extremely responsive to communications and was very helpful. We loved our stay.

Lovely and cozy beach rental
The most ideal, stunning neighborhood with gorgeous homes and landscaping. We strolled to French bakery, restaurants, and sunsets on the ocean. Disneyland just 20 minutes away, more beaches, too! Beds comfy. Very clean in important areas like kitchen and bathroom, a vacuum dust around beds and fans would be great. Beware the street sweep signs! We loved it, and are grateful for the experience.
