"This was our first time staying at Mountaineer Casino. It was a nice experience. Had the wood fired pizza at Gatsby’s. Very good. The casino was very clean and did not have that smoky/stale beer smell. Good mix of older and newer machines. Had a little luck there as well. The restrooms actually had a pleasant smell, which is rare! The rooms are due for an update but couldn’t your own house use one too? Staff was nice as well. Will return !! "

"Such a peaceful home, beautifully appointed with perfect little touches throughout. Front door framed by beautiful lead crystal windows leads to roomy front porch for morning coffee, cuddling on the swing seat with a good book, comfortable chairs for gathering. We watched the full moon come over the hill glittering on the Ohio River both from the porch and a bench at the edge of the river bank. Mist rising from river was backlit by morning sun making for special morning gazing. The front parlor...
