「Beautiful place, cozy cabins, really enjoyed our trip. Maybe some new mattresses, it was a little uncomfortable. Ate at restaurant, supposed to be St. Patrick's Day party. Staff was completely overwhelmed. Well over an hour to get wings and a pizza. Garlic parm wings were really good! Pizza just ok. The property is just enough removed from town that you enjoy the peace of nature but within minutes you can be in the middle of everything. Access to trails was great. 「Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. 「Had a great time at the cabin. It had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was very quiet and comfortable. We hiked all day in the beautiful New River Gorge, Hawksnest State Park, and Babcock State Park. Saw hundreds of waterfalls after all the rain. The hot tub was just what we needed after long days on the trails. The only thing I would suggest is a hot tub cover lift as the cover was heavy and difficult to get back on. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely return...
