"My stay was great until I wanted to take a dip in the pool. the Pool water was dirty. the water was very cloudy. The breakfast was nice but it was cold and tasteless. There was no business center. If I wanted to print anything or check my email I could not. I thought it was just that place, I went next door to the sister hotel and it was the same at that Hilton as well."

"First time staying any Sonesta hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check in. Our room (suite king bed) was quite nice for the price, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, well working heat/ac, and a mini fridge + microwave. It was also quiet, though I'm not sure if that was due to not being crowded or genuinely quiet - either way, we appreciated it. All staff we met were superb - friendly and knowledgeable. We never used the pool, TV, or WiFi, so can't comment there, but...

The window shade was flimsy at best and the light from the parking lot streamed in. There clearly used to be a second shade—there was a chain for it. But it was gone.
