The property was close to the beach, had features that made transitioning from the beach to the after beach day convenient: outdoor shower, screened in porch to keep beach wagon and eat lunch - including a half bathroom, washer dryer, small but functional kitchen and table. "Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine...

"This is a.great house steps from the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood. Loved having places to put our stuff (dressers, wall hooks, closets). We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and spending time together in the living room."
