The only good part about my stay was Chloe! The kind young lady at the front desk.
I’d called ahead of time twice. I adv I was traveling w my service animal. No one noted that. I didn’t say it when I checked in, my service animal is never left alone in the room & goes everywhere I go.
When I returned to my room on the second night of my stay, after having to ask house keeping to service my room bc my fitted sheet had dried blood & duvet had makeup/ lipstick on it, the locks were changed on my door so my key didn’t work.
When I went to front desk to ask, I found Chloe, she said someone reported I had signs of a pet staying with me so there needed to be a pet in room fee. Which they attempted to charge me earlier that day without even contacting/notifying me. Thankfully my bank flagged it & asked me to approve it. When I advised her my dog is a service animal she politely apologized many times and noted it in the system then helped me back in my room!
The shower curtain was set too high, so the water would spill all over the floors. I had to clean it my self and the towels were changed. My towel also had a dry blood stain on it thankfully there was a spare.
The walls are paper thin I could hear the person next door getting busy and their TV which honestly didn’t bother me in from a big city but u am an Airbnb host so I can see it bothering others who don’t do well with noise.
Chloe you were the only thing that was good about this place. Floor filthy never mopled.
