"Bathroom barn door, when opened from rooms above and adjacent rooms make a loud crushing sound. Need some kind of rubber grommet to reduce the noise."

"We had a one off "loud" emergency announcement that required us to vacate the premises at 7 am in the morning. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs into the cold, only to be told that is was a false alarm. A rough way to be woken up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the beautiful suite. "

"Room was nice, but toilet seat was broken, cable TV signal was bad, traffic nosie even on 11th floor was terrible all day and night long. Chair at the bar was very wobbley, front desk had wrong reservation info. "
