"We’ve stayed as a few Motel Ones this trip and this one was a perfect location. Only issue I had was the staff was not as friendly. The front desk accidentally charged 4 days of parking for a two night stay. I was not angry, mistakes happen. When I noticed it on the invoice I went back to the front desk to have it corrected. "This is a hotel I regularly use at Frankfurt Airport and is my hotel of choice. The shuttle is free, operates every 20 minutes and serves both Terminal 1 and 2. Really good staff. Excellent speciality restaurant but only open Monday to Thursday evenings. "

"I learned the hotel was first built 1876, the first in Germany to have electricity for lighting and the first in Frankfurt to have a landline for long-distance calls. That's pretty unique! Staff is very responsive, courteous, and pleasant. Rooms were a nice size, all clean. Easy walkable access to many things. After we figured out the underground (it's massive), had access to a spot across town a bit. "
