Room is clean, big and comfort. Location is walking distance. Surrounding environment made me not feel safe and comfortable since it's close to central station. Far away from supermarket, e.g. Denns, Rewe, etc. As I stayed only 1 night. If stay longer, I would prefer other locations.

从酒店出来1分钟就到主火车站,地下停车场收费较高,可以选择在周边街道路边停车。

CP 值極高的飯店。
飯店位置靠近車站,交通便利,櫃台服務極好!早餐很棒、很豐盛!價格也相當平易近人。

Good hotel to stay
Hotel location is good and easy to any where , room is big and comfort, staffs is helpful and friendy, brekfast is great but price is bit high, very enjoy t stay here.
The worst stay of my life! After checking in, we realized our toilet sink was blocked. Upon mentioning it to the staff member (male do not remember his name) kindly changed our room to another and said to keep both rooms and return the key in the morning (which we did). However, we were not able to sleep in the new room properly due to poor hygiene condition of bedding. It looked as if there were bed bugs as we kept on constantly itching. I was not able to sleep. Next morning, we mentioned this to the staff member and sought a refund for the next two nights and asked them to deduct the amount for the night we stayed. But we were racially profiled by a staff member known as Irene or Irena. Who started shouting at us in complete denial that they do not have bed bugs and that’s impossible. They said that no refund will be given even if it is a Health and Safety issue and they do not care. Replying to my questions in a very condescending manner looking down upon me and my friend. Whilst she maintained the utmost respect for locals or people communicating with her in German, she showed us zero respect and behaved with us in a manner which is classified as racism in every other country. Long story short, we were moved to our original room and Irena kept on mocking us and never apologised for her behaviour. I will be sending an official complaint to Bristol Hotel about this staff member. Apart from this, all other staff members were friendly and welcoming.

Kaum Steckdosen, nicht mal Becher zum Trinken oder Zähneputzen im Zimmer.
Rezeptionist mit Check in heillos überfordert.
Günstig und zentral zum schlafen, mehr nicht.
