"The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."
