"The best decision that I made,short distance to get to the hotel as I was catching a flight early next morning and it the placed hotel ,the Q in the morning for security at Mumbai CSM airport and some travelling public were late for their flight but I was promptly on time due to the excellent position of the hotel"

The driver from the airport was very accommodating. The buffet was diverse and very tasty. I will highly recommend. Security made us feel very safe. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel after trying to stay with a friend's cousin in Mumbai. It is a bit tired around the edges, there are signs of some wear but it is still a haven of comfort and tranquility compared to the rest of Mumbai. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is some of the guests that bring the tone down. I observed rudeness to staff in the form of yelling, inappropriate attire like appearing to breakfast in pajamas and hotel slippers, ill-behaved children etc. Mumbai itself is not a pleasant experience but that's not the hotel's fault. As soon as you turn the corner from the hotel drive, you are surrounded by the typical filth, noise and squalor that make up most of the city. It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. I didn't hear any aircraft noise, not even outdoors by the pool. You hear some faint traffic noises there but it's not too bad. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the street. You could hear the ever-present honking through the window but it wasn't too loud. The food buffets are lavish and varied, bed are super comfortable and the concierge service goes above and beyond. I really enjoyed the gym, steam room and pool. It was worth staying here from a few days to recover from Mumbai's noise and pollution."
