From a deluxe villa to an apartment and was told I got it cheaper than what it's supposed to be but I guess they don't understand Platinum privileges on Expedia or Hotels.com and they don't work to international standards. "Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error. No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms Wouldn't go back to be honest. "
