“I got a very good offer to stay at the Royal Shaza suites and I am very happy to have chosen to stay here. The reception staff especially Emmanuel were very welcoming and helpful. “This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. Overall the property is lovely and the reception was welcoming and accommodating.”

“1/2 of the stove top gas burners worked., The oven would turn on my itself. The toaster would normally burn the toast no matter the setting. Plenty of pot’s & pans but no lids. The fridge ( freezer) would maintain enough cold to keep the food from going bad. The apartment would sleep 6. We had 3 forks & spoons but no dinner knives.
