"When we checked in, we were supposed to have a Fountain View room. There were none available that night. We were given a separate room for one night (and told we'd be able to switch next day). When we went to our room on the first night, it was clear it had not been cleaned/turned over. There was trash everywhere, the beds were not made, the bathroom had towels on the floor and there was a roll-away in the middle of the room. "Excellent hotel, conveniently located on the Strip. Great food options. Monorail to Bellagio on the property. One of the few No Smoking casinos in Vegas, which is definitely great when traveling with kids."
