"We enjoyed our stay here the week before Christmas in a King premium balcony room. Comfy bed, hot shower, fluffy towels and plenty of space to spread out. My husband was able to work with an overall quiet environment despite the strike across the street. We enjoyed the heated pool and the private sauna - don’t miss that! Great location to walk to union square, up to Nob Hill, or hop on Powell St cable car. Plus great restaurants in the area. I wouldn’t say the staff was particularly friendly,...

"This is a clean, comfortable airport hotel. Big bonus is the ice cream shop across the street. Because the shuttle comes only once an hour, it was not useful to us arriving at SFO. We chose not to use it leaving and took a Lyft instead. "
