"Stayed 18th to 19th was not great. But next day 19th until 20th the great customer service we are used to."

"Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future Santa Cruz stays. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we met and behind the scenes- Cheers, Matthew"

"My wife and I stayed here New Years week for our baby moon. We checked in later in the evening and were given an ADA room. The bed was too low for my wife to get in and out of. I explained to the front desk staff how difficult it was for my wife (7 months pregnant) to get in and out of bed. They were so understanding and helpful. The next morning we had a new room. They brought us extra pillows for my wife and were so helpful. The valet staff were great, always happy and quick to get our vehicle. Being right on the beach is wonderful. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. "

The rooms were so nice and clean, I just wish my view was not a parking lot. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here."

"Convenient to airport, helpful staff. I missed having a micro fridge in the room and please someone, refill the soap in the shower. "Continental breakfast" very basic - I mean, there is little "continental" about it because european breakfasts are way better. It seemed designed to push you to order the full breakfast. And those tiny, weeny butter containers rather hard to open if you have arthritis.Really??. "
