"Love the hotel however, our fireplace was not working properly. Had to call maintenance twice and once the maintenance guy turned on, pilot went out. Ambiance was gone just like that. 😌"

"My stay was wonderful. My only complaint is that the glass shower doors were difficult to open and close in Room 313. Plus one of the elevators was inoperable and the remaining elevator was very slow. I stayed 3 nights and was surprised the other elevator hadn't been repaired. I work for a casino/resort in southern California and an inoperable elevator would have been fixed immediately. The front desk staff were so very nice and professional. I would stay here again."

"The staff is top notch but the hotel needs a facelift. Our first room had the bed in a separate room that had no vent for the heat. It also lacked lighting. We moved to another room with such a small TV it was very difficult to watch from the bed. "
