"The hotel is beautifully renovated, and the facilities are impressive. However, the staff's attitude was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk clerk demanded a $100 cash deposit while tapping on the glass, and when checking out, the housekeeper at the front desk was silent and did not acknowledge us. She inspected our room before returning the deposit but didn't express any gratitude or friendliness. Overall, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming."

"This place had an amazing staff. They were very friendly and genuinely seemed to care. The place is a tad out of date and seems to run on a budget, but the place seemed loved. Each of the rooms are decorated differently in little funky themes, but is well done. It looks like someone took a lot of thought and time to make it special. The breakfast was fine and our stay was good as well. It was a nice, clean roadside stay. "
