She only told me this lately, otherwise I would have confronted the person. With the high category of this hotel your staff should be reserved, respectful and protective of the high level clientelle. "property is old, no renovations at all and not well taken care. the gym was ridiculous, dirty, no proper ac, no towels or water, if it's a covd issue, better to keep it shut"

"The hotel listed having a kitchen and bar. The kitchen was limited to offering a mediocre breakfast. The bar was limited to selling one type of beer, no wine nor cocktails. The amenities included a gym. A small, dark room with three aerobic devices does not count as a gym. The staff were helpful and nice. "
