"I really enjoyed my stay! Staff is excellent! This is a true Jamaican resort. Food is really great and authentic! I would book this hotel again. It is within walking distance of beaches, food, clubs, stores. Taxi are always parked out front, look for red plates. Locals are always across the street selling nice authentic Jamaican items. They perfer US money, but will take Jamaican money. "

"Staff were beyond friendly! Always happy and always saying hello. Rooms were nice and spacious. The view of the ocean from our balcony was stunning. We even say stingrays swimming. It was fun to snorkel around the little bay the resort had and was able to use the kayak. One of the staff took us out on the little Hobie sail boat they had. I recommend taking 10 mins out of your day and riding on it. It is free from the resort. The pools were great. Both of them are big with one swim up bar and with 2 hot tubs. We enjoyed the restaurants and the authentic food. We had lattes every morning from the Sugar Cane coffee shop. There is lots of lounge chairs on the beach with around 20 tiki umbrellas that a large enough to cover both lounge chairs. Staff are walking around asking if you need anything. We did 2 excursions, one the bioluminescence in the lagoon and the catamaran boat for snorkeling. Camille (the excursion person) was very helpful in setting those up for us. The resort is more of a relax and quiet resort. Not much for night life, which we enjoyed! We really enjoyed this resort and being in Jamaica!"

"Overall Amazing "

"This property was situated between two other Riu properties and we had access to all three. This was a great benefit, and Riu Palace was our preferred property of the three. Food was amazing every day, and the environment was fantastic! Visited Negril and Ocho Rios by rental car and Mobay felt like the best option of the three. All the staff was exceptional!"

"The food was excellent. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The bartenders was really nice. Kenny is one of the bartender that I can’t remember clearly because he’s always smiling and ready to help you also Karen, the housekeeper did an excellent job on my room was always fresh towels was clean and nice. I appreciate you. from the front of the house to the back of the house all make me feel like I was at home thank you guys. See you soon."
