It was a nice property cute cats everywhere w , what i didnt like was the liquor was awful and the one bottle of tequila that i wanted u have to be a member if its all inclusive i should not have to be a member to receive not even top shelf liquor. The liquor they have me made me sick really bad

The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was kept very clean in all public areas. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn so the rooms, in particular the bathrooms, are not as modern as other resorts but housekeeping keeps everything clean and stop by daily to refresh. The club upstairs can get more lively if the DJ can focus more on the crowd vs. his own vibe. Otherwise 4/5, great for a family vacation!

We loved the Catalonia. The only negative we had was there never any beach towels available. Only 1 day of 8 did we get towels for the beach.

Overall the stay was pretty good. We were dissatisfied with not being provided enough washcloths daily for the amount of people in our room (3). When we asked housekeeping, we were told to call 200 (on multiple occasions). It was rectified early in our stay but by the end of our stay we had to start requesting washcloths again.

Great for the price excellent customer service. On the beach did not have to leave the property if you want to relax. There was a variety of foods at each mealtime. Did not have to try the specialty restaurants on the property. No problems from beginning to end of my stay!

Had an amazing stay! Resort/rooms were super clean and the staff was amazing. Restaurants were 10/10, buffet had a good variety and food was always fresh. Jerk Hut is the best, ate there everyday. Can’t wait to come back to Jamaica ❤️

I enjoyed the short distance the hotel was from the airport and the walking distance to outside eatery. The food on the resort was good enough, however, some of the waitresses seemed to have attitudes and made it seem as if it was a burden to serve you beverages. The other staff on the property were welcoming though. Overall, my stay was good.

Overall old furnitures unfriendly staff ,needed to be upgraded with professional staffing ! Overall the Old Holiday Inn was much better. We have been visiting this property for well ove 20 years so we know that overall the service except for one server that made a huge difference Marie on the evening shift she was the only super friendly staff.
