Nice stay!
Justin and Marcella were very communicative! The condo is pristine and as described in the listing. The bed is extremely comfortable! There are plenty of luggage carts and elevators for easy access to the condo. I would highly recommend booking one of Justin and Marcella’s properties and have already recommended their condos at Ariel Dunes 1 to my friends. There is no ice maker rather 2 ice trays. We use a lot of ice, so my recommendation for any renter is to make sure you buy ice at the store.

Excellent view of Beautiful Turquoise Beach
Check in was exactly as described and very easy. No issues over a 7 day stay. Condo was clean and everything worked great (AC, Ceiling Fans & TV). My daughter enjoyed the double bunk beds in the hallway. Complex felt secure and safe, pool was excellent, security was friendly and helpful. very pleasant stay overall. Will visit again.

Very clean and great view!
We really enjoyed our stay here and the view was amazing! The beach is only a block away. We brought our wagon and cooler and soaked up the sun!! Only suggestion would be adding a small thing of dish soap and a scrubber to hand wash the dishes

Great condo with beautiful view, very nice building overall. Only downside was plates and bowls put away dirty. Had to remove them from cabinet, put in dishwasher and run. Not a good welcome. Otherwise great stay.

They left a light on
We were very well taken care of from the moment that we booked the property. It was an excellent place just as the pictures suggested. We had a single light bulb that began flickering and after one short email the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. Great spot, and great service!

It was everything that we wanted for our family trip. We could sit on the balcony and see the water, 5 minute walk to the beach, a few close restaurants or a short drive to anything you desire. Loved it!!

We were very surprised with how beautiful the views are from the balcony. The condo sat farther off the main road than where we normally stay in the fall. We will definitely be back. The 20th floor in the way to go. Views for days!!

It was really nice. The view was amazing. Easy access to the beach. Marcella even had chairs already in the unit for guest use. It was also in close proximity to several amazing restaurants and more than enough activities in the event you arrive with kids. I would definitely recommend this place and I do plan on staying again.

Great location......but condo needs a good cleaning.
We just returned home from a weekend in Destin at this property. Pros: -The owner was extremely efficient and communicative throughout the booking , check in and check out process. -The location was excellent for a wonderful weekend at the beach. Cons: -The condo definitely needs an intense deep cleaning. I have communicated with the owner and let her know about several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. She did respond promptly to let me know that the maintenance issues were being addressed and indicated that I should have contacted her about the cleanliness issues. My expectation is that the property that I had paid for would be clean when I arrived..... free of hair, stain free sheets and bedding, clean cabinetry and floors, that is the job of an observant and effective cleaning person or crew. The cleanliness issues would have been far too great to address by a quick revisit of the cleaning staff as suggested by the owner. In summary, like I mentioned, the location is great but the condo itself needs attention and a very deep cleaning.
