The owner’s items are located in a separate (no shared use) area in the lower-level Owner's Suite of the Property, and the attached & detached garages are entirely separate from the main entrance – no shared spaces inside the home. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the lower-level Suite and Garages during the Rental Period. Guests exclusively use the home's upper 1st and 2nd floors and upper deck.
• Before check-in, guests will receive a Rental License Agreement (four pages) via DocuSign for electronic signature along with a copy of their driver’s license.
• The Owner's Suite and garage are exclusively locked and accessible to owners only; guests have exclusive access to the upper two floors via separate entrances.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.
• Additional terms and conditions are provided via the Rental License Agreement (four pages) including for instant bookings.
